Shipping policy

DELIVERY METHOD

• We use Royal Mail delivery for all your orders, signed for on delivery.
• Second class signed for on delivery takes estimated 3 to 7 days and is £4.95.
• Next day 24 hour tracked delivery is £5.95.
• Order are processed and despatched within our opening hours, Tuesday to Saturday 10am to 5pm
• Orders will be dispatched either the same working day or the next  working day. 
• If delivery has took longer than 7 working days please contact us via email (info@overthemoonkidsboutiquesouthport.com) with your order number.
• Click and collect is also available, free of charge for local customers.
